Research on two-part water price of inter-basin water diversion project

Abstract
Inter-basin water diversion is a necessary choice to mitigate the shortage of natural water in north area.However,the benefits of water-supply could not be steadily played due to impropriate price mechanism as well as long-time losses.Therefore,two-part water price which is more scientific and more rational should be carried out on iner-basin water diversion project.The two-part water price that was suitable for different segments of the inter-basin water diversion was analyzed,and the feasible method of calculation was put forward in this paper,so as to provide a methodological support for water price maker to set and adjust water price.
