Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Chuanxiongdanpi Mixture (CDM) on microcirculation in rats and mice. Methods: Velocity and flux of auricle blood flow were observed in mice. Meanwhile mesenteric microcirculation was assessed in rats. Results: 4.3 g·kg-1 and 2. 15 g·kg-1 CDM in mice augmented the velocity and flux of auricle blood flow. As in rats, two CDM groups (1.5 g·kg-1 and 3. 0 g·kg-1) showed significant effects compared to control group (P0.05, P0.01), with no significant difference in mesenteric microcirculation before and after injection of amniotic fluid ( P 0.05). Conclusion: CDM can improve perfusion of microcirculation and enforce the ability of anti- hypoxia.
