Abstract
Objective:To study the effects and mechanism of Matrine on HT1080 cell line. Methods:Matrine of different concentrations were added into the mediuim in which the cells were cultured. The changes of cell morphology and quantity were observed by phase contrast microscope.Cellulotoxic activity of Matrine was defected by MTT.Results:The growth of HT1080 cell line was remarkably inhibited by Mat. The IC\-\{50\} values of Matrine for HT1080 was 350μg/ml.The inhibited rate were related with the medicine concentration in does dependent. Conclusion:Mat can effectively inhibit the multiplication of HT1080 cell line.
