Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of early acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) and its clinical efficacy.Methods 30 cases of early ARDS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group;the control group received routine drug therapy,the treatment group based on routine treatment given non-invasive mechanical ventilation therapy,treatment for 4 hours.Compared two groups of patients with blood gas analysis results and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the treatment group after treatment in the oxygenation index,heart rate,respiratory frequency had improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),significantly reduce the probability of patients and mortality of invasive mechanical ventilation,shortened the time of hospitalization.Conclusions Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can be used relatively as an effective treatment method for early ARDS.
