Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Rouganxiaozheng liquid on the expression of Connectivum Growth Factor( CTGF) in liver tissue of hepatic cirrhotic rats. Methods The model of hepatic cirrhosis were made by composite factor, which were devided into five groups, that was normal group, model group, control group ( Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet) ,high and low Rouganxiaozheng group, the effect of Rouganxiaozheng on hepatic tissue Pathological histology and the expression of CTGF in liver tissue were observed. Results Compared with normal group, the normal hepatic lobules in model group were disappeared and fibroplasias formed nodus and false folial; The expression of CTGF in liver tissue were increased obviously. Compared with model group, the pathological histology of each treatment group were improved, the expression of CTGF in liver tissue were decreased apparently. Conclusion Rouganxiaozheng liquid could obviously decrease the expression of CTGF in liver tissue of cirrhosis rats, and resist hepatic cirrhosis.
