Abstract
Objective : To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C(Cys C) test for gestational diabetes;Methods : The value of serum cystatin C was measured by Particle-Enhanced Turbidimetric Immunoassay and Scr、Urea and Ccr were measured by mothod of enzyme.Results : The value of serum cystatin C in control group,complete group of renal function,kidney decline the group was(0.68 ± 0.24) mg / L 、(1.23 ± 0.21) mg / L 、(1.94 ± 0.47) mg / L,CysC as measure standard is more effective than Scr and urea 。Conclusion : The value of serum cystatin C is sensitive index for the renal function damaged.
