Abstract
Objective To stuty the infectious standard and resistance of ESBLs produced in Escherichia, coli isolated from urinary infections. Methods The bacterial susceptibility was tested by Kirby-Bauer(K-B) method as described in NCCLS.Results The positive rate of ESBLs-produced was 26.8%,and there were signi ficant difference among in-patients and out-patients.The sensitive rite of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli to imipenem was the most highest,There were some sensitive rate in cefoperazone-sulbactam and nitrofurantoin. The drug resistance of ESBLs Escherichia coli was more higher than the non-ESBLs ones. Conclusion The hospital in grass roots should set up the whole surveillance system to ESBLs.It is very important for clinic so as to choose antibiotic rationally.
