Analysis of Th1/Th2 in the use of hormone therapy in patients with OLP when T cell response patterns and correlation

Objective To discuss therapy of Th1/Th2 in patients with OLP when T cell response patterns and correlation. Method Randomly selected 50 cases of OLP in our hospital as treatment group, 50 cases of normal as control group. Treatment group were treated with dexamethasone injection for 4 weeks. Studied differences between before and after treatment of 4 weeks, two groups of subjects of Th1/Th2 ratio, IFN-γ, IFN-α cytokine, and observed the therapeutic effect of the treatment group. Result Th1, Th2 levels of the treatment group patients before treatment were(79.15±7.84),(57.77±4.66) pg/ml, Th1, Th2 levels were significantly lower after treatment [(18.44±2.14),(15.91±2.15) pg/ml], the difference was significant(P 0.05); treatment group before and after treatment in patients with Th1, Th2 the ratio of Th1/Th2, respectively, and control group 4 weeks ago and without any disposal compared after 4 weeks, were higher than control group, the difference was significant(P 0.05). Treatment group patients before treatment and after treatment of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and normal control group(4 weeks after and before the same data) no significant difference(P 0.05); treatment group patients before treatment and after treatment of IFN-α,IL-6, IL-8 were significantly higher than those in control group(4 weeks after the data and before the same), the difference was significant(P 0.05). In 50 OLP patients and 28 cases were cured(56%), effective 19 cases(38%), invalid 3 cases(6%). Conclusion The value of Th1/Th2, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and OLP disease are closely related, the illness is more serious, the higher expression level.
