Curative Effect of Non-operative Treatment in Generalized Aggressive Periodontitis and Its Effects on Blood Indexes

Objective: To study curative effect of non-operative treatment in generalized aggressive periodontitis. Methods: 30 patients with GAg P were selected as the observation group,and 32 cases of healthy people during the same period were set as control group. The blood indicators and clinical indicators of two groups before treatment were detected.After treatment the blood indexes and clinical indexes of observation group were detected. Efficacy and blood index changes of observation group before and after the treatment were compared. Results: Before treatment the indexes of WBC,neutrophil,neutrophil percentage rate of observation groups were higher than those of the control group( all P 0. 05).Lymphocytes,lymphocyte percentage and platelet index were compared,and no significant differences were found between the two groups( P 0. 05). Before the treatment,the total protein,globulin,and A / G indicators of the observation group were compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( all P 0. 05). Albumin,three indexes of acyl glycerin and blood sugar were compared separately,and there were no significant differences between the two groups( P 0. 05). 3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the clinical indicators of observation group respectively were improved significantly than those before treatment( both P 0. 01),and the indicators 6month after treatment were improved more dramatically( P 0. 01). Blood cell count before and after treatment in observe group were within the normal range. White blood cells,neutrophilic granulocyte count after treatment observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant differences( P 0. 05),while other indicators before and after treatment,with no statistical differences( P 0. 05). After treatment,observation group's total protein,globulin level was significantly reduced,and the significant difference was found( P 0. 05),and albumin levels and A /G ratio were increased significantly,with the significant differences( P 0. 01); Three acyl glycerin and blood sugar level before and after treatment were found no statistical differences( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Blood index exists obvious change in GAg P patients. Periodontal non-operative treatment can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of GAg P,and improve the curative effect.
