Research on Government Procurement Problems Based on Tripartite Decision-making Model

Government procurement was developed as a means of fundamental instrument for public expenditure in the western countries more than two hundred years ago.Now it has been widely accepted and adopted by most of countries.However,in China,rent-seeking behaviors frequently result from government procurement system which is considered as an efficiency and anti-corruption means.Therefore,how to reduce rent-seeking resulting from government procurement as well as to improve the efficiency of government procurement is a problem to be solved in China's economic management fields,while scholars' research has not offered a feasible way for China.To solve the problem,the article analyzes the situation of China's government procurement with principal agent theory and tripartite decision-making model,and then makes feasible suggestions which can reach best procurement efficiency with information as little as possible
