An Economical Analysis of the Local Government E-procurement in Our Country

Under the network economy condition,the certain trend of government procurement is to use e-commerce and realize the e-procurement.This paper analyses the status quo of the local government e-procurement in our country,discusses the costs and effects between traditional procurement and e-procurement,and draws the conclusion from the three aspects of dealing process,enterprise affairs and operation of government procurement that the e-procurement has its cost advantages in lowering the dealing cost,service cost and operation cost,hence provides basis for the local government e-procurement.
