Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and regular pattern of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital for references of clinical rational drug use.Methods:263 ADR reports collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients'age,route of administration,drug varieties and the clinical manifestations.Results:Of the total 263 ADR cases,68.06%were induced by intravenous administration;anti-infective drugs occupied the first place which caused ADRs in 75 cases(28.52%)followed by chinese patent drugs in 56 case(s21.29%).The most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa with 39.16%(103cases).Conclusion:ADR monitoring should be strengthened,reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs.
