Abstract

The activities in social economy compose of the impetus of law development. The social innovation in Tang dynasty and Song dynasty promoted the birth of new economic relation, due to which it became necessary to strengthen the regulation of civil law. Accordingly it impeled the development of civil law in Song dynasty.
