Abstract

The article discussed the changes of economic thought during the Song dynasty through the social changes which was another turning piont of economic thought in Chinese history.The people began to think highly of commerce and merchants,led by social changes of the Song dynasty.The paper also indicated that possibility of exploring economic thought by means of social history.
