Abstract

Objective To research clinical effect by Shuganning in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with drug-induced hepatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received tiopronin for treatment, and the experimental group received additional Shuganning. Improvements of liver function were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), and total bilirubin(TBIL) between the two groups before treatment(P0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had better ALT, AST, and TBIL than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Implement of Shuganning in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis can remarkably improve liver function and clinical effect for patients. It is worth clinical promotion.
