Abstract

Objective To study the effect of the high-flux hemodialysis in patients with severe renal failure. Methods 76 patients with severe renal failure were randomly divided into the high-flux hemodialysis group and the normal hemodialysis group, respectively. The efficacy, improvement of clinical manifestations, signs and changes in biochemical were detected and analyzed. Results After 3 months' treatment, the total effective rates of the high-flux hemodialysis group and the normal hemodialysis group were 78.9% and 55.3% respectively. And there were significant differences between them.β2-MG,Scr,BUN,24h urine protein,Hb of the high-flux hemodialysis group were significantly changed without Alb.But all of the diameters of the normal hemodialysis group were significantly changed.β2-MG,24 h urine protein,Hb of the high-flux hemodialysis group were significantly changed compared with the normal hemodialysis group(P0.05).Adverse reactions of the high-flux hemodialysis group was milder than that of the normal hemodialysis group. Conclusion The high flux hemodialysis was an effective treatment for severe renal failure and improving the patient's condition.
