Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high- flux hemodialysis for senile chronic renal failure. Methods 64 hemodialysis patients from Dec 2007 to Dec 2012 in our hospital,were divided into high- flux group and convention group, 40 cases and 24 cases in each group. The high- flux group was treated with high- flux hemodialysis,and the convention group was treated with common hemodialysis. To compare the effect and complication of these two groups. Results The results of Ca, P,Hb,Scr,BUN,β2- MG,TG,ALB before treatment between the two groups was not difference statistically significant( P 0. 05). To the except result of Ca after six months was difference statistically significant in these two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion Senile chronic renal failure were treated with high- flux hemodialysis is effective to extend in clinic.
