Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of high flux hemodialysis with conventional hemodialysis in treatment of patients with chronic uremia. Methods A total of 82 cases of chronic uremia were randomly divided into observation group( n = 41) and control group( n = 41),and patients in former group received high flux hemodialysis, while patients in latter group were given with conventional hemodialysis. Results ① Before and after treatment, the rate of decrease in serum intact-parathyroid hormone( iPTH),β2-microglobulin( β2-M)and phosphorus( P) in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). There was no significant difference in rate of decrease in blood urea nitrogen( BUN) and creatinine( Cr) between observation group and control group. ②The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion In comparison with conventional hemodialysis, high flux hemodialysis in treatment of patients with chronic uremia shows better therapeutic efficacy in reducing macromolecules and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
