Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum amyloid A(SAA) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 60 patients of ACS were randomly selected and their concentrations of serum SAA and hs-CRP were determined, and then compared with those of 20 healthy persons. Results The contents of SAA and hs-CRP of the patients with ACS were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01).The contents of SAA and hs-CRP had a positive relationship(r=0.783,P 0.01).Conclusion The levels of SAA and hs-CRP can be used to predict(ACS) ahd its severity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
