Clinical observation on Diane-35 combined with metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To analyze the effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods In our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012,among hospitalized patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in 56 cases,according to treatment sequence were divided into observation group and control group 28 cases,two groups of patients before treatment,blood sugar,hormone levels were tested.Control group were given Diane-35,once 1 tablet,daily 1 tablet,orally 21 days after the withdrawal 7 days for a course of treatment.the observation group combined with Metformin,once 500 mg,3 times a day,orally,28 days for a course of treatment.Continuous medication for 3 months.Results The two groups of patients after treatment with different levels of acne,hirsutism significantly reduced,monitoring ovulation infertility found in 7 patients presented with ovulation,the amount of increased than before treatment,4 patients discontinued after 3 months pregnant naturally,term delivery healthy babies.After treatment,FSH,LH,T levels improved significantly than before treatment,and the level of FSH in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,while LH was significantly lower than the control group,T levels in the observation group were also significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin compared with monotherapy in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can improve efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,improve ovulation effect,improve the pregnancy rate,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
