Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare antibacterial action of three preparations used for cold in vitro.METHODS Using common bacterial in respiratory tract as test-bacteria,Kangganjiedu granules as contrasts and adopting continuous-tow-ratio-dilution method,we observed their minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC).RESULTS Antibacterial action of Gangmeiganmailing and Banlangenpugongying prepared by our hospital was better than kangganjiedu granules in market.CONCLUSIONS Seen from microorganism point of view, the effect of Gangmeiganmaoling and Banlangenpugongying is excellent in effect and antibacterial action. Our country should protect hospital preparation with peculiarity.
