Abstract
On the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize extraction of flavonoids from mulberry leaves using alcoholic solution. The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were 71.75% of ethanol, extraction temperature at 67.1 ℃,ratio of solvent to material of 23.2:1(mL·g-1),extraction time of 150 min and extracted two times.Under these extraction conditions, the yield of flavoniods reached at 2.37%,which agreed with the predicted value and indicated the suitability of RSM in optimizing the extraction of flavonoids from mulberry leaves.
