Abstract

On the basis of single factor experiments, the optimum conditions for the extraction of mulberry leaves polysaccharide were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology. The results showed that the optimum conditions of mulberry leaves polysaccharides extraction were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent of 1 ∶19 ,extraction temperature of 96℃,extraction time of 2.5h and extraction twice. Under such condition the extraction rate could be up to 3.094% at the first extraction.
