Abstract

Objective To investigate the relation ship among platelet activation marker(GPⅡb/IIIa、CD62p)and FG(fibrinogen)、DD(D-dimer)in patients with chronic cor pulmonale exacerbation. Methods Subjects were divided into three groups(50 patients with cor pulmonary exacerbation,50 patients with cor pulmonary remission and 40 normal controls).Positive rates of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and CD62p were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. We also determined FG 、DD in patients with chronic cor pulmonale in patients and normal controls. Results Compared with cor pulmonary remission stage group and normal control group, the levels of GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p、FG、DD increased significantly in patients with chronic cor pulmonale exacerbation(all P0.001).There was a positive correlation between GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p and FG、DD in patients with chronic cor pulmonale exacerbation. Conclusion There is increased coagulation and platelet activity in patients with chronic cor pulmonale exacerbation, and there is a significant relation between platelet activity and hypercoagulability.
