THE INFLUENCE OF HEPATITIS B VACCINATION TO THE MODEL OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS ARKERS.

Abstract

Objective:To understand change of hepatitis B virus markers and their model after hepatitis B vaccination,to judge effect of hepatitis B vaccination and to provide basis for modifying hepatitis B preventive policy according to the change.Methods:Using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling,7 419 normal people were selected and investigated.Their sera were tested for HBsAg,anti-HBs and anti-HBc by using RIA.Results:Immunization rate of hepatitis B vaccine was 28.21%.HBsAg,anti-HBs total positive rates were 5.05%,45.26% respectively,in which they were 5.88%,36.14% in no hepatitis B vaccination group and 2.96%,68.47% in hepatitis B vaccination group.There is significant difference between two groups(P0.01).HBsAg positive rate was higher among males than females in no vaccination group,but it was reverse in other group.It also was higher among people who lived in country in no vaccination group,but there were no difference in immunization group.There were higher anti-HBs positive rates among people who lived in urban areas in two groups.There were significant differences in HBsAg and anti-HBs positive rate among region interior of each group.Conclusion:Hepatitis B vaccination can effectively increase anti-HBs positive rate,decrease infective rate of hepatitis B virus.So that it is a availably measure for controlling incidence of hepatitis B.
