The characteristic of coronary artery disease and influence factors in coronary heart disease with MS

Objective To investigate the relationship between the clinical risk factor and the characteristic of coronary artery disease in coronary heart disease with MS.Methods 489 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were retrospectively studied by case-control,who were divided into two groups.All patients were divided into two groups CHD with metabolic syndrome(MS) and CHD.The relationship between coronary artery disease and multiple risk factors in the patients with MS and CHD was investigated.Totally 489 patients were definitely diagnosed with CHD by coronary arteriography and their BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,TG/HDL-C and UA were recorded.Results Risk factor were significantly higher in CHD with MS group than those in CHD group(P0.05).The patients with more-vessel lesions were significantly higher in CHD with MS(P0.05).Conclusion FPG is more severe in the CHD with MS group,and the severity and disease extent of coronary artery lesions relate with risk factor aggregation of Coronary Artery Disease with MS.
