Abstract
The paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between economic growth and fixed asset investment in Yulin city by selecting time-series data from 1990 to 2011 and using the theory of cointegration,Granger causality test and other methods. The empirical results show that there exists a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between economic growth and fixed asset investment, and fixed asset investment unidirectional causal relationship of economic growth in Yulin. And suggestions on the problems existing in fixed asset investment are also brought forward.
