Research on Relationship between Fixed Asset Investment and Economic Growth in the City of Suzhou

Abstract

The paper conducts cointegrative analysis of the relevant data variables of fixed asset investment and economic growth from 1981 to 2010 in the city of Suzhou by using econometric approach.It establishes error correction model,tests the causal relationship and reveals the dynamic equilibrium relation between fixed asset investment and economic growth in Suzhou with some suggestions.
