Abstract
In order to find new lead compounds with good herbicidal activities,taking 6-(Trifluoromethyl)-1-substituted uracil derivatives as raw material and N,N-dimethylformamide as the solvent under the condition of anhydrous potassium carbonate,four 3-methyl-6-(Trifluoromethyl)-1-substituted uracil derivatives were synthesized by using dimethyl sulfate.And their structures were confirmed by 1 H NMR and elementary analysis.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that compounds b exhibited herbicidal activities of 67% against Echinochloa crusgalli at 0.1g/L,and compounds a exhibited herbicidal activities of 19%against Brassica napus at 0.1g/L.
