Abstract
Ten benzyl uracil derivatives(3a~3e,4a~4d,4f) were synthesized by the reaction of uracil with benzyl chloride derivatives in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate using DMF and acetone as solvent. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test results showed that 3 and 4 possess some herbicidal activity and 3d exhibited good activities against Brassica napus at 100 μg·mL-1.
