Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cryocare surgical system applying in the patients of hysteromyoma.Methods:28 cases of the patients were treated by cryocare surgical system,which went straight through cervix under the guidance of ultrasonicResults:80% patients' hysteromyoma was decreased size for more than 50% after 3 months and the symptom of most patients was relieved or disappeared..The menstruation of 24 cases return to normal in 1 year.Conclusion:The advantage of cryocare surgical system for hysteromyoma is simple,stable microwound and safe,so this therapy is worth to be extended
