Clinical analysis in forty-two cases of the colpomyomectomy

Objective To assess the clinical effect of colpomyomectomy.Methods 79 hysteromyoma patients who had indication of myomectomy were randomized into two groups.One group(42 patients) received colpomyomectomy,the other group(37 patients) received celiomyomectomy.Observing the clinical effect of intraoperation and postoperation between the two groups respectively.Results Comparing the colpomyomectomy group and celiomyomectomy group,the former operation time reduced(P0.05),postoperative pain relieved(P0.01),anal exsufflation was earlier(P0.05),postoperative hospitalization days shortened obviously(P0.05).Conclusion Operation of the colpomyomectomy is simple,its side effect is slight,and damage for patient is small.Moreover,it need not expensive equipments,and to is worth clinically spreading.
