Abstract

Fairness of education,compulsory education in particular,is the major content of a harmonious society.However the present compulsory education in China is not fair in the rural areas,especially in the less-developed rural areas.Effective methods should be adapted to improve such a situation,which is required in the construction of a harmonious society.
