A Study on the College Teaching Quality Assessment

The classroom teaching occupies an important position in the talent cultivation process.How to assess and improve the quality of teaching has a great impact on development of the students.In this paper,I analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching evaluation.Then I used a student's assessment methods to assess my teacher's class teaching.Due to the teaching quality vague,I applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight of each index.During the evaluation,I found the combination of qualitative and quantitative can effectively avoid the individual initiative and ensure the scientific results.It also provides the basis for reform of classroom teaching.
