Identification of Mother Tongue in Multinational and Multilingual Nations

Mother Language and mother language education are two confusing terminologies with different connotation and denotation in sociolinguistics,bilingual research,language policy and language planning.Accordingly,we'll have further discussion on mother language and mother language education,assess their values and learn more from the experience in terms of the measures concerning Chinese language ecology,language policy,language planning and some ways in dealing with social issues theoretically and practically so as to make up a universal theoretical structure and put forward new conceptions and suggestions for national language policy and language planning.
