Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship of Pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),Pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ),the ratio of PGⅠ / PGⅡ( PGR) and gastrin-17 in serum varies with different gastric diseases,by detecting PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ / PG Ⅱand G-17 in the serum. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ / PGⅡ and G-17 in serum of 414 patients with different gastric mucosal diseases. Results(1) Expression of PGⅠ in chronic atrophic gastritis group, gastric cancer group was significantly lower than that in gastric ulcer group and chronic non atrophic gastritis group( P 0. 05).(2) Expression of PGⅡ in chronic atrophic gastritis group, chronic non atrophic gastritis group, gastric cancer group was significantly lower than that in gastric ulcer group( P 0. 05).( 3) Expression of PG Ⅰ / PG Ⅱ in chronic atrophic gastritis group, chronic no atrophic gastritis group was significantly higher than that in gastric ulcer group( P 0. 05).(4) Expression of G-17 in chronic atrophic gastritis group, chronic no atrophic gastritis group was significantly higher than that in gastric ulcer group and gastric cancer group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17 and the ratio of PGⅠ / PGⅡ are closely related to gastric mucosal disease, and they have important clinical significance for diagnosis and screening of the gastric diseases.
