Abstract
The La/HL zeolite was prepared by the ion exchange-impregnation method. The mixture of REUSY and La/HL with various La contents was used as the active component of the cracking catalyst. The microactivity test (MAT) was carried out to study the effect of the content of La/HL zeolite in the catalyst on the MAT activity, coke deposition, composition of gaseous products and RON of obtained gasoline. The influence of the content of La in La/HL zeolite on the composition of gaseous products and RON of gasoline was also investigated. The results showed that when the content of La/HL zeolite is in the range of 1%~5%, the MAT activity and the yield of gasoline increase and the deposited coke decreases with the increase of the content of La/HL zeolite. When the content of La/HL is 5% of the catalyst, the i-C 0 4 content increases with increasing La content. With the La content lower than 3.5%, the content of i-C 0 5 in the gaseous products is less than that over the catalyst with REUSY zeolite only. However, the i-C 0 5 content increases as the La content increases. When the La content in La/HL zeolite is 0.2%~0.5%, the content of aromatics in the product increases obviously and the RON of gasoline increases by 1.24~2.06.
