On Food Safety Supervision and Management in China

Abstract

Food safety issues happen frequently,and has caused very serious consequences.This paper start from China’s current food safety laws and regulations,and analyse the problems and the reasons of the existing food safety laws and regulations,combined with China ’s food safety supervision in the presence of defects and shortcomings,then give some suggestions and measures to improve China’s food safety laws and regulations.Basing on the maintenance of the survival and development of citizenship,the legal protection of human rights,China’s food safety regulatory issues legal Discussion.
