On Translator's Subjectivity in Legal Translation

Abstract

Translators are thought to be invisible in legal translation.Due to the special characteristics,the translator's subjectivity is seldom studied in legal translation.This paper justifies the translator's subjectivity in the process of legal translation and maintains that the translator's subjectivity is important in both the practice and theoretical research of legal translation.
