Abstract

Four water treatment was set to pot planted wheat seedling to study the growth and Antioxidant Ability of its seedlings under water stress.chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, and total chlorophyll content were decreased with soil water reduction while proline content,MDA content, and SOD activity,POD activity were increased. These showed that wheat seedling leaf increased drought—resistance by changing inner physiological characteristics.
