A Randomized Controlled Study of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

[Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,the method and were randomly divided into three groups according to random number table,120 cases of hospitalized patients.The western medicine group of 40 cases of folic acid tablets,5mg/,3 /d,oral.Traditional Chinese medicine group of 40 cases with Weifuchun(Hongshen 10g,Xiangchacai 6g,zhike 10g).4 tablets each time,3 times /d.Traditional Chinese medicine group of 40 cases of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(Chaihu,Fuling,Chaobaishu,Banzhilian,Nabeishashen each 15g,Huanglian,Tanxiang,Bai Kouren 3g,Danshen 12g,Zexie,Chibaishao each 10g,Fabanxia,Zhigancao each 6g).1 doses /d,shuijian 300mL,Sooner or later take.Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The Chinese medicine group 28 cases were cured,10 cases were good,2 cases were healed,the total effective rate was 95.00%.Traditional Chinese medicine group,19 cases were cured,7 cases were good,14 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 65.00%.The western medicine group of 17 cases were cured,8 cases were good,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 62.50%.Traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
