Modified “Buzhong Yiqi Decoction” for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract

To observe the clinical effects of modified “Buzhong Yiqi Decoction” in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, 60 cases were randomized into three groups: group A in which 30 cases were treated by the Decoction, group B in which 15 cases were treated by weifuchun and group C in which 15 cases were treated by routine western medicine, with a course of 6 months. Results: The effective rate was 73.33% in group A, 53.33% in group B and 46.67% in group C; the clinical effects were better in group A than in groups B and C (P0.05).
