To Review the Historical Experiences and Solve the Difficulty of Social Construction

Social construction has a dual feature asboth the aim and the means. The former means to promote the social justice, boost the social progress and improve social civilization, ameliorate the social welfare of social members and increase the social unity; while the latter means that social construction plays an important role in different historical stages to realize the country’s global strategic aim. In the stages of the new democracy revolution and social construction, the party had made large number of practices of social construction. The 17th Congress of the party explicitly listed social construction as an important part in the overall layout of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, which marked the deepening of the theoretical understanding of what socialism is and how to construct socialism. In practice, however, social construction has alot of problems to explore.
