Abstract
In many areas of our country rural library development slow or even stop,seriously has hindered our country new rural culture construction and economic development.The traditional rural library development present situation analysis,proposed the electronic library is the inevitable direction of development of rural library,is the cultural construction of new countryside new vital force.Rural construction of electronic library on traditional library development mode of innovation and breakthrough,discussed rural electronic resources of the library.
