Construction and Thinking of Rural Libraries——Taking the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Library Service Work in Rural Areas as an example

Eleventh Five-Year,along with the state's rural public cultural undertakings and strong emphasis on investment in construction of rural libraries has been increasingly concerned about the library industry.Heilongjiang Provincial Library policy and technological conditions in the backing,through the national cultural information sharing to build projects,ranch library system is implemented,the digital library project to promote the construction of public cultural services in rural areas the cause of the useful work explored and achieved some results.Public cultural service system in rural areas under the library building is a long and arduous work,through scientific planning,reasonable,focusing on helping,self-creating,organizing training,establishment of rural Library Foundation and other methods to achieve their sustainable development.
