Abstract
Rural economy has gotten sufficient development with the reform and open policy's executive,but culture construction has not.Therefore,facing the embarrassing current situation of the rural library's development,this article made a deep analysis on updating concept,opening up more channels,providing full range of services for rural library's construction from the point of view including advantages of local university's library resources,human resources,equipment resources.
