Abstract
Quality education is the education policy that our Party and government have been implementing thoroughly. The enforcement of quality education needs a lot of conditions to be improved. But teachers who implement and enforce the quality education seem to have not been paid much attention .The author thanks, we should put the teachers quality of their own in the first place in quality education.
