On Countermeasures of Academic Journals Viewed in Academic Misconducts

Having analyzed the connotation of academic misconduct,this paper regards that the academic misconduct should be examined in a three-dimension: the behavior of academic researcher,the result presenting of academic research and the characterization of academic evaluation.Aiming at the current academic misconduct,the academic journals have to lay stress on the restrictive function of heteronomy from the administrative departments at all levels and academic journals associations,strengthen the self awareness of autonomy,and give full play the warning role of academic journal to the academic misconduct.Meanwhile these journals have to participate actively in the construction of learning style so as to prevent and boycott of academic misconduct.
