Reflections on Relations Between Journals and Development of Academic Ethics

At present,the academic environment has undergone great changes.Academic dishonesty occurs in the high institution journals from time to time.The paper holds that in the academic and moral construction,colleges and universities should play their due role in rectifying academic misconduct and that forceful measures should be taken to curb scientific misconduct.
