The Clinical Research of Hewei Jiangni Method Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To ob serve the effect Xufu Daizhe Decoction the representative prescription of Hewei Jiangni method treating reflux esophagitis.Method 80 patients were randomly divided into control group 40 cases and treatment group 40 cases.Treating the control group with Aomeilazuo and Duopanlitong,the treatment group with the addition and subtraction of Xufu Daizhe Decoction.The period of treatment of both groups is 30 day.Reviewing the gastroscopy after stoping drug 14 days,Comparing the symptoms and gastroscope improvement and efficient of the two groups after treatment. Results:The treatment group is better than the control group on both symptoms and gastroscope improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment grop is 95%、87.5%,which is obviously higher than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Xufu Daizhe Decoction treating reflux esophagitis has good curative effect.It is a effective method should be popularized in clinical.
